• The chance of being selected from the waiting list is slim as we have many applicants. However, in case you are selected, we will contact you before . In that case, the following points are important to take note of:
• The test takes place on Sunday, 5 July 2026 at the Lipsius building of Leiden University (Cleveringaplaats 1, 2311 BD Leiden). You should plan to arrive at 12:00 that day.
• Registration costs € 125. You do not have to pay right now, but you will have to once you are selected. This is generally non-refundable. Test material will be prepared and shipped from Japan for you a few months after the registration deadline. After this has happened, we cannot refund you under any circumstance.
• If you are unable to attend on the day of the test, it is not necessary to contact us. We will mark you as a no-show, but this carries no penalties.
